With regard to the proceeds of the Work made undertaken by my Nephew Dr Christopher Wordsworth, in illustration of his Uncle’s Writings, my wish & hope is as follows.

That after payment of the necessary expences of my Nephew in connection with the preparation & publication of the Work, the profits arising therefrom should be divided into two equal shares; one share is to be assigned to me during my life - & to be wholly at my disposal for ever: with reservation of one third part of such share to my son-in-law Ed: Quillinan during his Life, & the other morety of the profits to be at the disposal of the Author & his Representatives
