Wordsworth, Dorothy. - Letter, from Rydal Mount, to Miss Laing, at Wm. Laing's, Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, dated 23 January 1827. - 2 typed copies (3 sheets each). - She writes that she was in Herefordshire from February to the beginning of September. She also writes that Dora has been ill and is still 'delicate'. Wordsworth's eyes are much better thanks to 'touching the eyelids with blue stone.' Joanna Hutchinson was in an accident, before Christmas, where she hurt her hip. William's five volume set of poetry is at the press. - We do not have the original, now in the possession of the Library of the University of Edinburgh.
